2. Hosting

This website is operated by an external hosting provider. When you visit the website, the provider processes server log data (in particular IP address, time of access and browser information) in order to deliver the website and ensure its secure operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliably providing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. Contact and tour requests

If you contact us via the request form, your details are transmitted to Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor and forwards your request to us by email. Processing takes place to handle your request and for pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or based on our legitimate interest in efficiently handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in Formspree’s privacy policy: https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. If you write to us by email, we also process your details to handle your request. We store your details for as long as required to process your request and as required by statutory retention periods.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website currently does not use cookies or analytics tools.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Simply email us to exercise these rights.
